both locations have time session pricing, meaning, all stylists have their own hourly rate. our hourly pricing provides freedom for your stylist to use any treatment or technique with no extra cost. our stylists’ rates were created based off of not only their time with you, but their education, experience, & specialties. your stylists charge fairly for their time so gratuity isn’t needed or expected. our favorite forms of thank you’s are referrals of friends, coworkers, & family members as well as reviews on google!

while both of our locations operate without an on-site guest service team, scheduling a session with us is easy as…

- complete our new client form & one of our guest service members will contact you to schedule

- call or text us at 262-308-3083 & a team member will assist you in scheduling

when scheduling via text or call a booking link will be sent via text. this form must be completed within 12 hours of your initial booking in order to secure your session. this form is for the benefit of both the guest and our stylists as it insures both parties are aware of policies & expectations.

once your booking is secured our olive grace salon form will be sent via text to update any contact information as well as upload inspiration photos & photos of your current hair. this form is for your stylist to begin planning what your session will consist of and provides them an opportunity to ask any additional questions if needed.

we recommend all color guests come with clean (no more than 1 day) hair in order to give your stylist the best canvas.

you’ve booked your session, waited for the day, & it’s here! yay!

once you arrive your stylist will greet you & get you comfortable (snack or beverage included!) at their station. after your consultation, either your shampoo will begin (cutting clients) or your custom color will be formulated & mixed. all sessions include a luxurious shampoo, blowout, & style. your session is concluded with maintenance product recommendations & getting your next visit all set up.

do you have styling questions or want a run down on how to use certain hot tools? ask your stylist about adding additional time for a custom styling lesson.

we love the post-salon feeling & want to be sure our clients can easily maintain their look until the next time we see them!

avoid washing your hair for at least 24hrs

use proper hair care products (we have suggestions that won’t break the bank!)

if you make a retail purchase that does not fit your needs, we will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase.

in order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we require 48hrs notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with us.

any cancellation made with less than 48 hours notice:

- the first time we will give grace to your situation

- the second time or more, a required 50% payment of your scheduled session will be due prior to a new session being scheduled.

located in the historic Landmark Building in the beautiful downtown area, our first to open location is in the lower level. we have a salon studio that contains two shampoo chairs, three stations, & a separate space we use for bridal parties & other group events.

Elkhorn - 814 N Wisconsin Street Elkhorn, WI

our Elkhorn salon is located off of N Wisconsin St, right next to Reed’s Furniture, with free parking right in front. our second location opened in November 2022 & is quickly growing; with three shampoo chairs, four stations, & many windows, we are sure you will be impressed.
